Easter egg

Kristins work colleagues sent a giant Easter egg in the post for the Antoine family. Our little girl enjoyed trying it out, and could almost fit inside if she curled up in the fetal position...

Easter visit

Kristins work colleague Johannes and wife Lene visited during Easter. They had a baby girl Helene born a month ago. After a lot of pregnancy talk at work, it was nice that the two babies finally could meet.

Finally at home...

The first week has passed. We have been busy breastfeeding, sleeping, changing dipers........but we love to see all her expressions, and posted some of them here!

The first few days

Friends of Kristin were visiting in the hospital. Ingvild with daughter Maja (3) came by, and Eva, whose also pregnant with a girl, and has due date 6 weeks after me. Saturday it was time to wrap up baby in pink (far to big) outfit, and head home to our flat!!

1 day old - surprise visit

After one day at the hospital hotel room we got a surprise visit of grandma Dagny and aunty Åse Berit. They bought tickets for a one-day-return flight Bergen to Oslo, and spent the day with us, which was very nice. And she got dressed up in pink hair clips. :-)

Wednesday 12th of March - the day has come

Finally, something happens, and someone is very eager to be born. 4am the water breaks, 5am the contractions start full force, 7:30am we are in a taxi. The water breaks again, and the taxi driver rush as fast as he can to the hospital, which luckily is only 5 min drive from us. We arrive at the hospital 7:50am, and 9:31am a beautiful girl pops out.

1 day over termin - 9th of March
